With a wealth of experience photographing corporate events across Brisbane and beyond, I know how to navigate different venues, work around tight schedules, and capture everything in an unobtrusive manner. My approach is built on authenticity, style and a thoughtful perspective—ensuring your images feel natural and professional. From multi-day conferences and gala dinners to awards nights, expos, product launches and press conferences, I've covered it all.

I'll work with you during the lead-up to understand your priorities, then stay responsive to the flow of the day—so you can focus on making sure your event runs smoothly.

Then, within 72 hours, you'll receive a complete collection of professional images that work for you long after the event wraps—ready to use for reports, social media, stakeholder updates, and promoting your next event.

    • What types of events do you photograph?

      I photograph predominantly corporate events, ranging from conferences, expos, tradeshows, awards gala dinners, PR events, product launches, company Christmas parties and networking soirees, among many others. If the genre of your event isn’t mentioned here, please feel free to ask. While every event is unique, it’s very likely I have photographed something similar. I also photograph engagement parties and birthday celebrations.

    • How much do you charge?

      I charge on a sliding scale depending on how many hours of photography you require. Contact me via the above form or on 0410 486 647 for a personalised quote.

    • Do you have public liability insurance?

      Yes, I’m fully insured and can provide a copy of my Certificate of Currency if you need it.

    • Do you charge for travel?

      I don’t charge a travel fee for bookings within the greater Brisbane area or on the Gold Coast as far south as Broadbeach. For shoots or events outside of these areas, I’m happy to negotiate an appropriate rate for travel.

    • Do I need a second photographer for my event?

      On some occasions an event may call for a second photographer. Large-scale events, media wall requirements and capturing award winners’ reactions while the main photographer is positioned at the stage are a few situations where an additional photographer can really come in handy. I can advise you on whether a second photographer would be beneficial and I have a selection of experienced crew for when extra hands on deck are needed.

    • How do I book you?

      Booking me is nice and simple. Fill in the details on this contact form and I’ll come back to you quickly with a quote and answers to any questions. If you’d prefer to call you can catch me on 0410 486 647 .

    • Do you require a deposit?

      Yes. Once you’ve confirmed you’d like to have me photograph your event, I’ll send you a 50% deposit invoice which secures your booking. Your final balance invoice will be sent with the delivery of your full set of edited images.

    • How many images will we receive?

      The number of images delivered will generally vary somewhere between 50-100 per hour. This is, of course, dependent on a number of factors such as the type of event, number of people in attendance, formalities and your photographic brief, among others. Once I know the requirements for your event, I can generally give you a good idea of how many images you can expect to receive.

    • When should we expect to receive our images?

      I understand that event images need to be delivered in a timely manner. Every event I photograph includes a selection of ‘best of’ highlights supplied either at the conclusion of your event or by the following morning. Your complete edit will then be delivered within three business days, unless you need them sooner. I also provide a 24-hour express delivery service for a small additional fee.

    • How do you deliver the final images?

      Edited images are delivered via Dropbox (or your preferred file sharing platform). While I encourage my clients to download and create a back-up copy of all files, I won’t charge you a fee if you need me to resend your images for any reason.

      Along with your Dropbox link, you will also receive a password-protected web gallery, at no additional cost. This is a great way to share images with your event guests, sponsors and/or stakeholders.

    • Do you have back-up equipment?

      Absolutely! I have three professional Canon camera bodies in my kit at all times and a variety of pro lenses and flashes. I shoot with dual memory cards in each camera and everything is backed up on hard-drives and securely on the cloud.

    • Do you offer videography?

      While I don’t shoot video myself, I have a selection of Brisbane’s best videographers and video editors that I call on when videography is needed.
