The Elevate 2026 Conference took place over two days at The Star, bringing together business leaders and teams for an engaging program of keynote sessions, discussions and shared insights.
Photographed as the flagship annual event for the client, the brief focused on delivering a comprehensive collection of images that covered presentations, delegate engagement, and the atmosphere across both days.
A two-day conference program
Spanning two days and two nights, the Elevate 2026 Conference was fast-paced and offered many varied moments to capture — from plenary sessions to networking breaks and breakout discussions. Effective coverage required moving seamlessly between spaces while maintaining a consistent visual style throughout the event.
Capturing sessions and interactions
The focus was on capturing speakers on stage, engaged audiences, and the interactions that take place in transitions between formal sessions. This mix of wide room shots, mid-range engagement imagery, and candid moments ensures the final gallery can be used flexibly across future communications and promotions.
Working with the venue environment
The Star Brisbane’s Event Centre provides generous space and excellent lighting, allowing coverage that feels natural and unobtrusive. Navigating a room of several hundred attendees across multiple sessions was straightforward, enabling a range of image types from close-up detail to broad context shots.
Delivered for ongoing use
The final set of images delivered a broad variety and depth of coverage, supporting the client’s need for promotion of the 2026 event throughout the year. The event was subsequently rebooked for future conferences.
