MS Australia Conference at Sofitel Brisbane Central
The MS Australia Conference took place at Sofitel Brisbane Central, bringing together delegates, speakers, and stakeholders for two inspiring days of connection, discussion, and shared purpose.
Held biennially, the conference was a key moment for the organisation. It was important for my client to receive a comprehensive and versatile collection of images — not only to document the event itself, but to provide longevity for use across a wide range of platforms and communications over the next two years.
A fast-paced, multi-session conference
With sessions running concurrently across two separate rooms, the conference schedule was full and fast-moving. Keynote presentations and panel discussions took place throughout the event, requiring coverage that could move between spaces without disrupting the flow of the event.
The brief focused on capturing a broad mix of imagery — from speakers on stage and engaged audiences, to quieter moments of conversation and interaction between sessions. Attention was also given to documenting the overall atmosphere of the conference, ensuring the final gallery reflected both the scale of the event and how it was experienced by attendees.
Capturing connection, discussion, and atmosphere
Beyond the formal sessions, the conference placed a strong emphasis on bringing people from the MS community together. Networking breaks, informal conversations, and shared moments between delegates were just as important to capture as the presentations themselves.
These moments were an important part of the brief, helping to round out the coverage and reflect how the conference was experienced by those attending.
